My Top 10 Favorites of 2010

I know it's a little late but better late than never. I just wanted to make a quick post of my top 10 favorite things, people and places of 2010, kind of like a little time capsule.

10. Purple Camel Water Bottle
It's my favorite color, doesn't spill, and helps me to remember to drink more water.

9. OPI Nail Polish
Lately I've been loving opi nail polish. They have so many cute colors with very cleaver names. I also love them because painting your own nails is so much cheaper than having them done every 2 weeks :)

8. Eos Lip balm
This is my all time favorite lip balm ever! It's so smooth and smells great, and really helps with dry chapped lips. Plus it's so cute and fun to use, and carry around.

7. Crafting
This year I've really been into crafting. I love making cute home decor and decorating for all the holidays. It's so much fun and makes my house feel a lot more like home.

*I want to make some letters like this for Valentines this year
6.Diet Coke
Yum!

5. USU Psychology Department
This year I finally decided what I want to do with my life, be a middle/high school counselor! Therefore I love the psychology department at Utah State University for helping me with my major.

4. My new Juicy Couture handbag and matching wallet
I absolutely love this bag! It's just the right size, it's super cute, and it's just fabulous!

3. Droid X
This is the best phone that I've ever had! It can do everything a computer can and more. I don't know what I would do without it!

2. My Parents
They do so much for me, and I really love and appreciate them! I wouldn't be where I am today without them :)

*This is an old picture, but it's still so cute
1. My Hubby...Jordan D. Allen
He is the light of my life, and I cannot imagine living my life without him. He is the best husband ever! I love you babe :)

December 2010 Update

Ivory Family Christmas Party-
This year Jordan and I decided to go down to Fountain Green, Utah for the Ivory family Christmas party. We had a lot of fun shooting shot-guns, visiting with Santa Clause, catching up with family, playing games and enjoying delicious food. We had a lot of fun and can’t wait for next year 

Christmas Eve/Schvaneveldt Family Christmas Party-
On Christmas Eve Jordan and I went up to Preston, Idaho for the Schvaneveldt Family Christmas Party. We had some yummy dinner, visited with family, and played some pretty intense bingo. After the party we came home and got everything set up for Christmas morning, then went to bed so “Santa” could come.

Christmas Day
Christmas day was a very long day. We started the day off at our home opening up the gifts that we had gotten each other. I got Jordan a new cell phone (the Droid X), PS3 controller, clothes, and, cologne. He got me a new cell phone (the Droid X), and ipod touch, clothes, a necklace and perfume. Then we got dressed and drove up to Preston, Idaho to open presents with his mom’s side of the family, and to have some yummy breakfast. After that we headed over to Wellsville, Utah for dinner and games at Jordan’s Aunt Teresa’s house. We had a lot of fun there and enjoyed good conversation with all of his family. After that we went to Jordan’s dad’s house so that Raeyne and Tressy could open their gifts. Then, we finally headed home. We were so exhausted that we went straight to bed. We had a lot of fun and made a lot of great memories of our first Christmas together as a married couple.

New Year’s Eve
On New Year’s Eve Jordan and I had a little party at our place. We had Skyler, Rachel, Taylor and Kylee come over. We ate pizza and snacks, played some games, and watched the ball drop on New Year’s. We had a blast hanging out with Jordan’s brothers and their wives/girlfriends. I hope we’ll be able to keep this tradition alive for years to come.
